Preparations for the next major combined Russian missile strike on Ukraine have begun.
3 Tu-160M strategic bombers have been relocated from Engels-2 air base, Saratov Oblast, to Ukrainka air base, Amur Oblast. They will now be equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles.
2 Tu-22M3 strategic bombers have been relocated from Diaghilev air base, Ryazan Oblast, to Olenya air base, Murmansk Oblast. These were already equipped with Kh-22 cruise missiles at Engels-2.
1 Tu-95MS strategic bomber has been relocated from Olenya air base to Engels-2 air base to be equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles.
1 Tu-95MS strategic bomber has been relocated from Diaghilev air base to Engels-2 air base. It will likely be equipped with missiles, although there is a possibility that it will only participate in training missions.
1 IL-76MD military transport aircraft landed at Baltimore Airbase, Voronezh Oblast. The cargo is likely to consist of Iskander-M ballistic missiles for OTRK installations near Liski, Voronezh Oblast.
1 IL-78 tanker aircraft landed at Olenya Airbase. It will likely assist with redeployments/combat missions of Tu-95MS.
Collection of Geran-2/3 and Gerbera drones has begun at all major launch sites. These drones will participate in the next major missile strike.
In addition, 2 Tu-95MS bombers from Olenya and 2 Tu-95MS bombers from Engels-2 were redeployed to Ukrainka Airbase, Amur Oblast. The 2 bombers from Engels-2 were already equipped with missiles before takeoff.
